Доклади – в качеството на докладчик - 5-и парламентарен мандат Miet SMET
В компетентната парламентарна комисия се назначава докладчик за изготвянето на доклад относно законодателни или бюджетни предложения или по други въпроси. При изготвянето на своя доклад докладчиците могат да се консултират със съответните експерти и заинтересовани лица. Те отговарят също така за изготвянето на компромисни изменения и за преговорите с докладчиците в сянка. Приетите в комисията доклади след това се разглеждат и гласуват на пленарно заседание. Член 55
