J’ai voté contre cette proposition de résolution. Nous ne pouvons accepter l’arrivée massive de productions agricoles marocaines sur notre sol, qui participent indubitablement à la destruction de nos filières.
Force est également de constater que le Maroc ne respecte pas toujours la réglementation européenne sanitaire: trois pesticides interdits dans l’UE, dangereux pour les consommateurs et les agriculteurs, car cancérigènes, sont actuellement utilisés au Maroc et 10 à 15 % des pesticides utilisés dans l’agriculture de ce pays du Maghreb sont des produits de contrebande.

J’ai voté contre cet accord.
Les milliers de tonnes de volailles asiatiques seront une concurrence sans merci vis-à-vis des producteurs français, dont les parts de marchés sont déjà très attaquées par la volaille brésilienne et thaïlandaise. Sans omettre les graves problèmes zoosanitaires quant à la volaille chinoise, qui a engendré en 2012-2013 une sérieuse épidémie de grippe aviaire.

J'ai voté pour ce rapport. Ce fonds a le mérite d’aider les citoyens européens ayant perdu leur emploi, en leur assurant une réinsertion professionnelle, que les moyens limités des agences locales ou régionales ne permettraient pas. L’élargissement des causes, la baisse du seuil et l’augmentation de la période de référence assurent qu’un maximum de travailleurs pourront être pris en compte et pourront donc bénéficier de ces aides.
