Reports - as rapporteur 
A rapporteur is appointed in the responsible parliamentary committee to draft a report on proposals of a legislative or budgetary nature, or other issues. In drafting their report, rapporteurs may consult with relevant experts and stakeholders. They are also responsible for the drafting of compromise amendments and negotiations with shadow rapporteurs. Reports adopted at committee level are then examined and voted on in plenary. Rule 55

Opinions - as rapporteur 
Committees may draft an opinion to a report of the responsible committee covering the elements linked to their committee remit. Questo trattato ha inoltre una chiara dimensione umanitaria e sociale volta a creare una serie di limitazioni obbligatorie e di eccezioni a beneficio delle persone non vedenti, con disabilità visive e con altre difficoltà nella lettura di testi a stampa.

La crisi economica che ha colpito l'Unione europea nel 2008 ha fortemente colpito il mercato del lavoro e, in particolar modo, i giovani. Il tasso di disoccupazione giovanile è ancora oggi molto alto. Per questo motivo sostengo la presente relazione, che valuta l'attuazione dell'iniziativa a favore dell'occupazione giovanile, nella sua funzione di principale strumento di finanziamento dell'UE per il conseguimento degli obiettivi previsti dalla garanzia per i giovani.
