Reports - as rapporteur

A rapporteur is appointed in the responsible parliamentary committee to draft a report on proposals of a legislative or budgetary nature, or other issues. In drafting their report, rapporteurs may consult with relevant experts and stakeholders. They are also responsible for the drafting of compromise amendments and negotiations with shadow rapporteurs. Sostengo con il mio voto il regolamento sul nuovo quadro normativo per il programma ricerca ed innovazione, Horizon Europe, accompagnato dal regolamento sull'implementazione di tale programma. Il nuovo programma raccoglierà i buoni risultati del programma Horizon 2020 per istituire nuovi progetti all'avanguardia.
Mi compiaccio, in particolare, per l'impegno a destinare i fondi a progetti per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi climatici, a sostegno dello strumento per le PMI e dell'integrazione della dimensione di genere.
Questo strumento svolge un ruolo importante per creare sinergie tra le varie politiche UE, garantendone il successo.

L'Ue intende continuare a sostenere il settore spaziale, che ci ha resi competitivi a livello mondiale.
Il nuovo programma per il periodo 2021-2027, confermerà dunque gli investimenti nel progresso tecnologico e scientifico, sostenendo l'innovazione altamente qualificata dell'industria spaziale europea.
Non posso esimermi dal sostenere un programma che confermerà il settore spaziale UE fra i primi al mondo, permettendoci di essere innovatori, di investire in giovani talenti e di assicurare un'ulteriore crescita dell'occupazione in questo settore.
