Ce texte demande une augmentation de la participation de l’UE au capital de la Banque européenne de reconstruction et de développement, à hauteur de 121 millions d’euros. L’objectif affiché est à la fois le soutien à l’Ukraine et l’extension du champ d’action de la banque à 6 pays d’Afrique sub-saharienne ainsi qu’à l’Irak. Je m’y suis, évidemment, opposé.
