Entrepreneurship is now considered as a key competence for all which should be promoted at all levels of education (from primary school to university) as well as through lifelong learning.

I denne undersøgelse gennemgås omfanget og arten af problemet med skolefrafald i EU. Det undersøges nærmere, hvordan lande forsøger at løse dette problem, og der identificeres karakteristika ved effektive politikker, som fører til en række anbefalinger til aktører på EU-plan og nationalt plan i fremtiden.
