Denne rapport beskriver forholdet mellem transport og social inklusion på grundlag af den nyeste litteratur og bringer dokumentation for de befolkningsgrupper, der er mest udsat for social og transportmæssig udstødelse. Den bringer også eksempler på god praksis til forbedring af den offentlige transports tilgængelighed for de mest sårbare brugere, der kan give nogle indikationer på, hvordan EU kan bidrage bedre til mainstreaming af social inklusion i de offentlige transportpolitikker.
