Directiva sobre la lucha contra el terrorismo
La creciente amenaza terrorista ha provocado una acción a escala europea e internacional. Ante el terrorismo de origen local y el fenómeno de los «combatientes extranjeros», la Unión ha intentado reforzar su arsenal para la lucha contra el terrorismo. Durante la segunda sesión plenaria de febrero se espera la votación del Parlamento del acuerdo alcanzado en el diálogo tripartito sobre la propuesta legislativa para ampliar el marco actual para la tipificación de delitos de terrorismo.
