Le projet de budget rectificatif nº 1/2022 (PBR nº 1/2022) vise à renforcer le budget 2022 de l’UE par un transfert de plus de 12 milliards d’euros en crédits d’engagement provenant du budget 2021 de l’UE. Ce transfert concerne huit fonds en gestion partagée relevant des rubriques 2a, 3, 4 et 5 du cadre financier pluriannuel (CFP).
