Carta europea della disabilità e contrassegno europeo di parcheggio
Nel corso del tempo, l'Unione europea ha prestato sempre più attenzione alla questione della libera circolazione delle persone con disabilità, che nell'UE rappresentano una persona su quattro. Il 6 settembre 2023 la Commissione europea ha lanciato un'iniziativa legislativa per creare una tessera europea di disabilità e un contrassegno europeo di parcheggio che siano riconosciuti in tutti gli Stati membri.
