Review of the PESCO framework

Mr González Pons, will present his draft opinion to the SEDE/AFET report on the recommendation to the Council and the Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy concerning the implementation and governance of permanent structured cooperation (PESCO).
The EP report aims to react to the review of PESCO framework and related legal acts and to assess the progress made by the participating Member States to fulfil commitments as adopted by the Council on 17 June.
