Final votes on AI reports and comitology reform

On 1 October 2020, the JURI Members proceeded to the final vote on the following reports: Digital Services Act, Framework of ethical aspects of artificial intelligence, robotics and related technologies, Civil liability regime for artificial intelligence, Intellectual property rights for the development of artificial intelligence technologies and Comitology reform. They also voted on the opinion in letter form on A new strategy for European SMEs.
The Members also held an exchange of views on Challenges of sport events' organisers in the digital environment and Strengthening transparency and integrity in the EU institutions by setting up an independent EU ethics body.
