Les commissions du Parlement européen peuvent engager directement un dialogue avec les parlements nationaux au niveau des commissions. Ce dialogue peut prendre la forme de réunions conjointes des députés et des eurodéputés des commissions correspondantes pour débattre de sujets d''intérêt commun.
