Les commissions du Parlement européen peuvent engager directement un dialogue avec les parlements nationaux au niveau des commissions. Ce dialogue peut prendre la forme de réunions conjointes des députés et des eurodéputés des commissions correspondantes pour débattre de sujets d'intérêt commun.

The Foreign Affairs (AFET) Committee invited Members of national parliaments to attend an interparliamentary committee meeting, which will focus on the current priorities in CFSP/CSDP and the way towards the NATO Summit in Warsaw. The meeting will include a general debate with VP/HR Mogherini, an exchange of views with Nabih Berri, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, a discussion with NATO Secretary Genera and with UN Special Representative for Libya. Members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs will discuss the issue of proxy wars in the EU neighbourhood together with their counterparts from national parliaments. Special attention will be given to the foreign policies Iran, Saudi Arabia and Russia and their political and security impacts in conflict zones. The participants will also have the opportunity to look at the migration crisis, with a particular focus on the Western Balkan route. The meeting will take place in Brussels on 10.11.15.
