Is féidir le coiste cinneadh a dhéanamh misin a eagrú chuig Ballstát lasmuigh d''AE nó chuig comhdhálacha idirnáisiúnta. Tugtar faoi mhisin i bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar don choiste agus tá siad comhdhéanta de líon teoranta de chomhaltaí an choiste. Féadfaidh coistí chomh maith, go ceann tréimhse nach faide ná trí lá, toscaireacht triúir a sheoladh chuig na gníomhaireachtaí a bhfuil siad freagrach go príomha astu.
