Hearing on the Implementation of the Dublin III Regulation

The Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) of the European Parliament organized on 19 February 2020 a Hearing on the Implementation of the Dublin III Regulation.
The hearing took place in the context of the Parliament's implementation report on the Dublin III Regulation, of which the draft was presented in the LIBE Committee. The Hearing was organized to contribute to the fact finding for the report. The report had the objective to support the work of the Parliament with regard to the Commission's New Pact on Migration and Asylum. The list of speakers included EU institution representatives, national authorities as well as NGOs.
