Workshops
De workshops worden georganiseerd door de beleidsondersteunende afdelingen en bieden de leden de gelegenheid vragen te stellen aan en van gedachten te wisselen met deskundigen over onderwerpen in verband met de parlementaire werkzaamheden of over actuele onderwerpen. Zij zijn niet noodzakelijk openbaar, maar kunnen tijdens een commissievergadering plaatsvinden.

The workshop “Employment and social affairs - Achievements and challenges ahead” was organised at the request of the EMPL Committee to serve as preparation for the hearing of the Commissioner-designate and the discussion on the next Commission work programme. This workshop was in two parts. In the first part, two international organisations, the ILO and the OECD, presented their policy strategies for the future of work.
