Projekty opinii


Projekt opinii to przygotowany przez posła wyznaczonego na sprawozdawcę komisji opiniodawczej dokument, który jest następnie przekazywany komisji opiniodawczej w celu wniesienia ewentualnych poprawek i poddania pod głosowanie.
W przypadku sprawozdań ustawodawczych projekty opinii przedstawiane są w postaci poprawek do wniosku ustawodawczego Komisji, w odpowiednich przypadkach wraz ze zwięzłymi uzasadnieniami. W przypadku sprawozdań nieustawodawczych projekty opinii przyjmują formę wskazówek, które – jeżeli zostaną przyjęte – przekazuje się komisji odpowiedzialnej za przygotowanie sprawozdania w celu ich uwzględnienia w tekście końcowym. Na tej stronie przedstawiono projekty opinii, które nie zostały jeszcze poddane pod głosowanie komisji opiniodawczych.
