DROI/JURI: Exchange of views on human rights due diligence legislation

On 22 June DROI, JURI and INTA members held an exchange of views on human rights due diligence legislation. They heard several experts - Ms Salla Saastamoinen (Acting Director General, Director for Civil and Commercial Justice, DG Justice and Consumers, European Commission), Prof. Markus Krajewski (Professor in Public Law and Public International Law, University of Erlangen-Nürnberg) and Ms Claire Methven O’Brien (Chief Adviser on Business and Human Rights, Danish Institute for Human Rights).
