Modification of the EP's rules of procedure to deal with exceptional circumstances

The draft report aims at establishing appropriate provisions to define exceptional circumstances, such as current sanitary crisis, which can affect the Parliament and the set of possible decision-making mechanisms to react to such situation in order to preserve Parliament's capacity to act.
