List of invitations to tender, calls for expressions of interest and calls for proposals

In accordance with the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Parliament is required to put contracts for the purchase of goods and services out to public tender.

Below certain thresholds contracts may be put out to tender under non-public procedures among a limited number of suppliers selected following a call for expressions of interest.

Invitations to tender are published regularly in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (S Series) and can be browsed online on the TED database, which is available free-of-charge and is updated daily. The information published on the European Parliament website :

  • is informal,
  • is usually not available in all the official languages,
  • does not claim to be comprehensive.

It in no way replaces the official publication of invitations to tender in the Official Journal of the European Union - S series.
