The European Union-Bosnia and Herzegovina Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee held its 4th meeting on 13-14 March 2024 in Strasbourg.

The points on the agenda included:
  • State of play of EU-Bosnia and Herzegovina relations
  • In view of the European Council meeting of 21-22 March 2024, state of fulfilment of the 14 key priorities as set out in the European Commission's May 2019 opinion on BiH's application for EU membership and the eight steps specified in the Commission's recommendation for candidate status of October 2022

The European Union-Bosnia and Herzegovina Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee held its 3rd meeting on 30-31 October 2023 in Sarajevo.

The points on the agenda included:
  • State of play of EU-Bosnia and Herzegovina relations, in the presence of Mr Marinko Čavara, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Kemal Ademović, Speaker of the House of Peoples (tbc), Ms Elvira Habota, Director at the Directorate for European Integration, Council of Ministers of the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and H.E. Ambassador Johann Sattler, EUSR and Head of the Delegation of the EU to Bosnia and Herzegovina, on behalf of the European Commission and the European External Action Service
  • State of fulfilment of the 14 key priorities as set out in the European Commission's opinion on Bosnia and Herzegovina's application for EU membership

2nd EU-Bosnia and Herzegovina SAPC meeting, 17 June 2021, remote

The European Union-Bosnia and Herzegovina Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee held its 2nd meeting remote, through Interactio, on 17 June 2021.

The points on the agenda included:
  • the adoption of the Rules of Procedure governing the EU-BiH Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee, and
  • an exchange of views on the state of play of EU-Bosnia and Herzegovina relations in the presence of Mr Edin DILBEROVIĆ, Director at the Directorate for European Integration, Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina., Ms Michela MATUELLA, Acting Director for Western Balkans at DG NEAR on behalf of the European Commission and Ms Elsa FENET, Head of the Western Balkans Division, on behalf of the European External Action Service.
