The delegation discussed the draft agenda and the draft programme for the 6th meeting of the EU-Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee on 14 February 2019 in Strasbourg, as well as the (possible) appointment of first speakers.

The meeting included an exchange of views on the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 October 2018 and on the political and economic situation in BiH and on its relations with the EU with:

• Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr Josip BRKIC,

• Michela MATUELLA, Head of Unit for Albania and BiH in the European Commission,

• Mr Clive RUMBOLD, Acting Head of Division 'Western Balkans' in the European External Action Service (tbc).

The meeting included the conclusions on the election observation mission following the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 October 2018 with presentation by Mr Frank ENGEL, Head of the EP Delegation.

Ms Lidija TOPIĆ, Ambassador of BiH to the EU, with Ms Michela MATUELLA, Head of Unit for Albania and BiH in the European Commission and with Mr Eduard AUER, Head of Division 'Western Balkans' in the European External Action Service, on the political and economic situation in BiH and on its relation with the EU.
