La réforme, soutenue par la France et les forces de l'ordre, renforce le mécanisme existant de PRUM I sans transfert de compétence à l'Union européenne. L'accès aux données d'Europol provenant des pays tiers est perçu comme un avantage crucial dans la lutte contre le terrorisme. Je me suis donc prononcée en faveur.
