Ve stručnosti 18-02-2015

PDF Version Kazakhstan has a poor human rights record which includes areas of concern such as freedom of expression, women's rights, the prevention of torture and ill-treatment of detainees, the regulatory framework for civil society organisations, and freedom of religion or belief. The study is divided into two parts. Part I outlines the law on trade union rights in the Member States, indicates common ground among them and identifies deficiences on the part of individual Member States. Part II explains how Member State laws on trade union rights are affected by EC law harmonisation and the European social dialogue.
