Third edition. This check-list presents a comprehensive overview of “review clauses”, namely review, evaluation and reporting provisions contained in recent EU legislative acts and programmes. The review clauses, listed by parliamentary committee responsible at the time of the adoption of the relevant legislative act, mainly concern the European Commission, reflecting its institutional role and duties (notably in Article 17 of the Treaty on the European Union) to oversee the application of Union law.
