European Labour Authority: Workshop summary report

This briefing gives a summary of presentations and discussions from the workshop “European Labour Authority” held on 24 May 2018 at request of the Employment and Social Affairs Committee. This combined an exchange on the Commission Impact Assessment and on the Initial Appraisal by the European Parliament with a panel of experts focusing on different dimensions: Enhanced enforcement, social security coordination, support for labour mobility (EURES), profile and governance of the planned new agency.
