Les recettes de l’Union

Le budget de l’Union est financé presque entièrement par des ressources propres (99 %). Les recettes annuelles doivent couvrir complètement les dépenses annuelles. Le système des ressources propres fait l’objet d’une décision unanime du Conseil, qui tient compte de l’avis du Parlement européen, et doit être ratifié par les États membres.
