Le 30 mars 2022, la Commission européenne a présenté une proposition de révision du règlement sur les produits de construction. Le vote du Parlement européen sur le rapport adopté par sa commission du marché intérieur et de la protection des consommateurs (IMCO) le 23 mai 2023 est attendu pour la plénière de juillet. Ce rapport, tel qu’adopté, constituerait alors la position du Parlement pour les négociations avec le Conseil.

Lors de la plénière de mars, le Parlement devrait voter sur un rapport de la commission de l’industrie, de la recherche et de l’énergie (ITRE) sur la proposition de révision de la directive sur la performance énergétique des bâtiments, qui fait partie du paquet «Ajustement à l’objectif 55». Une fois adopté, ce rapport orientera la position du Parlement pour les négociations en trilogue avec le Conseil.
