Renforcer le mandat d’Europol
En décembre 2020, la Commission a proposé de modifier le règlement Europol afin d’améliorer la coopération entre l’Agence et les parties privées, de renforcer son rôle en matière de recherche et d’innovation pour le compte des services répressifs et de remédier aux lacunes juridiques quant au traitement des données à caractère personnel.
