Agriculture in the Auvergne

This note was written as a supporting document for the European Parliament’s Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development delegation on the occasion of its visit to the Auvergne in October 2008. It consists of: (1) an introductory section setting out the main geographical, economic and trade data; and (2) an in-depth analysis of the agricultural sector in terms of both production and structures.
