Durante la tornata di luglio il Parlamento europeo discuterà la relazione finale della commissione speciale sulla pandemia di COVID-19 e voterà una serie di raccomandazioni intese a migliorare la preparazione dell'UE alle future emergenze sanitarie.

In vista della conferenza COP 22 sui cambiamenti climatici, che si terrà a Marrakech dal 7 al 18 novembre 2016, il Parlamento europeo ha presentato due interrogazioni alla Commissione europea e al Consiglio.
