01-02-1998
The study attempts to show in general terms how energy pricing policy (price levels and structures) dovetails into and influences a coherent energy policy and to set out recommendations and options for a forward-looking European policy. It also identifies the connections between energy pricing policy and other key fields related to the economy or society (economic structure and growth, competitiveness, employment, and the environment).
