Study on Transposition of the Directive on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications
Studju
15-09-2009
The study showed that all MS but one have transposed and implemented the Directive, albeit with severe delays, which have had implications for the enforcement of the Directive in all MS. The MS lack trust in each other’s educational systems, and it is important to establish this trust if Directive is to work properly. Frequent meetings, common use of IMI, communication from Commission on how to interpret the Directive and assistance from industry organisations are all tools to improve this.
