Energy Policy and Global Climate Change

The study seeks to demonstrate the connections between energy policy (CO2 emissions) and global climate change, to describe measures for the reduction of impending climate dangers and to develop possibilities for international cooperation in the energy and climate sectors (see Kyoto Conference, December 1997).
